We are seeking a skilled English Nepali Translator and Interpreter to join our Consumer Goods Division. This role is crucial in facilitating clear communication between our auditors and factory personnel during quality inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

Translation of Written Documents: Translate various materials such as audit reports, technical documents, and policies between English and Nepali with precision.
Interpretation in Audits: Provide real-time interpretation during factory visits, meetings, and discussions.
Language Support: Aid in understanding language documents and cultural nuances relevant to audits.
Communication Liaison: Ensure smooth exchanges between auditors and factory staff.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of translations and interpretation sessions.
Cultural Sensitivity: Exhibit professionalism and respect in interactions with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in English and Nepali with strong communication skills.
Experience in translation and interpretation, especially in corporate settings.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport across cultures.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to confidentiality.
Bachelor's degree in Translation or a related field preferred. Certification in translation is a plus.

يقوم المصوّر العقاري بالتقاط صور فوتوغرافية احترافية للعقارات السكنية والتجارية، في مدينة جدة تشمل التصوير الداخلي والخارجي بهدف استخدامها في التسويق العقاري والعروض الرقمية. كما يعمل على إنتاج فيديوهات ترويجية عالية الجودة تبرز مزايا العقار والموقع المحيط به، باستخدام تقنيات تصوير احترافية تعكس جمالية التصميم وتجذب العملاء المحتملين. ويستخدم المصوّر طائرات بدون طيار (درون) لالتقاط صور وفيديوهات جوية توفّر منظوراً فريداً يضيف قيمة تسويقية للعقار، إلى جانب إنشاء جولات افتراضية تفاعلية بزاوية 360 درجة تتيح للمشاهدين استكشاف العقار عن بُعد بشكل واقعي.

يشمل العمل أيضاً تعديل الصور والفيديوهات باستخدام برامج متخصصة مثل Adobe Lightroom وPhotoshop وPremiere Pro، لضمان جودة عالية واتساق بصري يعكس احترافية العلامة التجارية. كما يقوم المصوّر بمعالجة الجولات الافتراضية باستخدام أدوات متقدمة مثل Matterport لضمان تجربة مستخدم مميزة.

يتطلب الدور تواصلاً مباشراً مع وكلاء العقارات وأصحاب العقارات لتنسيق مواعيد التصوير وضمان جاهزية الموقع، مع الالتزام بتسليم المشاريع ضمن الجداول الزمنية المحددة. كما يتحمل المصوّر مسؤولية تشغيل وصيانة معدات التصوير من كاميرات وعدسات وإضاءة وطائرات بدون طيار، بالإضافة إلى الالتزام بلوائح الطيران والتصوير الجوي المعتمدة
