As a General Accountant, your expertise will be integral to our financial operations and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement daily and monthly accounting cycles, including invoice processing, financial statement preparation, and data entry into the accounting system.
• Prepare regular financial reports and analyze results to deliver accurate insights to senior management.
• Review and monitor costs while managing cash flows to ensure compliance with budgets.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and other tax obligations, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
• Manage financial relations with banks and external entities, working towards improving credit and financing terms.
• Monitor and enhance accounting systems for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Handle necessary matters for internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and financial laws.
• Support management in making strategic financial decisions by providing objective financial analyses and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, especially in contracting and real estate development.
• Strong knowledge of local accounting and tax standards.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with financial data accurately.
