Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Barista to join our front-of-house team. In this position, you will focus on preparing and serving beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining high operational and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages according to company standards.
• Deliver a friendly, professional, and consistent customer experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar and workstations.
• Communicate effectively with team members during service.
• Support basic sales activities and make product recommendations.
• Follow health, safety, and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and be trained in specialty coffee preparation.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A basic understanding of food & beverage operations is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
