As a leading global company in the design, manufacture, and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses, we are seeking a dedicated QHSE Manager to enhance our operations in the Jeddah area. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the safety and quality standards within our esteemed organization.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and implement the Company Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Management System aligned with ISO & Group Standards.
Ensure compliance with regulations and manage customer satisfaction through effective feedback mechanisms.
Monitor and improve process capabilities, fostering continuous communication with stakeholders.

Quality Management System:

Manage compliance and effectiveness of local QMS, ensuring the continuous improvement of policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively on QHSE issues to all internal and external stakeholders.

Regulatory Compliance:

Drive medical device registrations and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Customer Satisfaction:

Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and improve satisfaction.

Manufacturing Quality:

Support production teams in achieving quality levels and managing supplier quality.
Implement quality testing methods and ensure compliance with established standards.

EHS Implementation:

Establish and enforce Environmental, Health and Safety policies to promote a safe working environment.
Monitor incidents and engage with teams to improve prevention.

Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in managing QMS based on ISO standards.
Excellent communication skills in English and French; experience in the optical industry is a plus.
Strong analytical and customer-centric mindset.
Good organizational skills with a passion for driving results.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• حاصلة على بكالوريوس في التمريض من جهة معترف بها.

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال التمريض.

• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة (تحدثًا وكتابة).

• الجنسية مفتوحة – الترحيب بجميع الجنسيات.

المهارات والخبرات الفنية المطلوبة:

• خبرة قوية في حالات الطوارئ والعناية المركزة.

• إلمام شامل بإجراءات:

• أنابيب التغذية (Feeding Tubes)

• أنابيب التنفس (Tracheostomy Care)

• متابعة المؤشرات الحيوية بدقة واحترافية ومعرفة المهارات المتطلبة للتغير الحفاظ وغيرها من متطلبات الرعاية وذلك لتدريب الكادر

المهارات القيادية والتنظيمية:

• القدرة على قيادة وتوجيه فريق تمريضي متعدد الجنسيات والخبرات.

• متابعة أداء الكوادر التمريضية ومقدمي الخدمة بشكل دوري لضمان جودة الرعاية المقدمة.

• تقديم الإشراف والدعم المهني لمقدمي الرعاية لكبار السن وتطوير أدائهم
