Role Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based between Jeddah and Riyadh. The Sales Manager will:
- Identify and engage potential clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Meet sales targets and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and provide market insights.
- Conduct regular reporting, market analysis, and team collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales Management, achieving targets, and leading sales initiatives.
- Strong client relationship management skills and effective communication.
- Knowledge of market analysis to drive strategic decisions.
- Proficient in business development and solution-oriented customer handling.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; a Master's is an advantage.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Previous experience in the professional training & development industry is a plus.
