Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient supply chain management.
- Manage staff and enhance customer service across all locations.
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and foster a welcoming guest environment.
- Lead teams to achieve operational goals while addressing customer feedback promptly.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proven experience in sales and customer service.
- Knowledge of supply chain management and project management best practices.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and teams effectively.
- Prior experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
