Key Responsibilities:
- Display Design: Create and organize compelling visual displays within our stores to attract customers.
- Store Organization: Ensure that the store layout is clear and products are accessible and visually engaging.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor the effectiveness of displays through customer feedback and sales data to optimize arrangements.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align displays with brand requirements.
- Research and Development: Stay updated with current trends in visual merchandising and suggest innovative ideas.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in visual merchandising or a relevant area.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and retail trends.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
