Role Summary:
The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for coordinating and executing appealing visual displays that enhance customer engagement and drive sales. This role plays a crucial part in providing an exceptional in-store experience that converts window shoppers into loyal customers.

Responsibilities:

• Translate the visual merchandising plan by executing creative windows, product placements, and floor designs.
• Execute seasonal floor plans and manage changes efficiently.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers for production and installation timelines.
• Maintain brand standards while being cost-sensitive and contributing to cost-saving initiatives.
• Stay updated on new trends in visual merchandising to enhance the in-store experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and store teams for effective visual merchandising that drives sales.
• Implement signage programs following commercial guidelines.

Requirements:

• High School Certificate.
• Fluent in English.
• 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising or fine arts.
• Strong attention to detail.
