We are seeking a talented Senior Cost Engineer to be part of our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. KEO is a leading firm with over 57 years of experience in planning, design, and project management within the architectural and engineering services sector. Your role will be crucial in implementing cost controls and financial procedures as part of our diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed budget estimates using benchmark data.
• Facilitate Value Engineering workshops to find economic solutions.
• Conduct site visits to assess work progress and provide recommendations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives through cost engineering techniques.
• Review project designs and ensure budgets align with scope.
• Monitor economic trends affecting project costs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 10–15 years of experience in cost engineering or cost control.
• Experience on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects in KSA.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts.
• Proficiency in cost management software and Excel.
