We are looking for a skilled Procurement Engineer to be part of our dynamic team at Nesma Infrastructure & Technology. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our procurement process meets the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze suppliers to select those with high-quality products at competitive prices.
- Negotiate terms with suppliers regarding lead-time, cost, and quality.
- Manage supplier performance to meet cost, delivery, and quality objectives.
- Develop purchasing strategies based on extensive market analysis.
- Ensure on-time delivery of products through effective liaison with suppliers.
- Implement procurement strategies aimed at achieving cost savings.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with suppliers for continuous improvement.
- Create monthly performance reports focusing on sourcing requirements.
- Ensure compliance in all procurement transactions.
- Coordinate vendor quality improvement initiatives.
