- Preparing RFQ documents in accordance with project specifications and standards.
- Submitting RFQs to approved vendors and reviewing their offers for compliance.
- Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices while ensuring quality standards.
- Managing purchase requisitions and agreements.
- Evaluating vendor performance post-project completion.
Required Skills:You should possess:
- A thorough understanding of the Aramco procurement life cycle.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and fluent English.
Qualifications:A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical) and 69 years of experience in the procurement field.
