About the Role

Leylaty Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance the company's online presence and campaign performance across various platforms.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving digital growth through strategic planning, hands-on campaign management, and performance optimization. This role involves a blend of creative strategy and data-driven analysis to achieve company objectives and maintain a competitive edge in the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage and grow the company's social media channels.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Analyze digital marketing data and prepare comprehensive performance reports.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate effectively with content, design, sales, and other internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in digital marketing is required.
• Hands-on knowledge and practical experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
