This role will focus on driving brand visibility, increasing customer engagement, and boosting sales through strategic marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns specifically tailored for the restaurant and food delivery industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with delivery aggregators to optimize promotional opportunities and partnerships.
- Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
- Design and implement promotional offers and campaigns in collaboration with delivery platforms.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, including ROI and customer acquisition metrics.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing channels and materials.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Marketing & Sale Manager in the restaurant or food service industry.
- Direct experience collaborating with delivery aggregators (*, HungerStation, Jahez, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with design tools (*, Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
