What will you be doing?
  • Oversee and supervise the bakery operations across assigned hotels.
  • Ensure all bakery preparations meet Hilton's exceptional quality standards.
  • Guide and mentor bakery staff, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Support food cost control measures and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Foster strong collaborative relationships with other departments to enhance overall operations.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel security, food safety, and health regulations.

What are we looking for?
We seek individuals who have:
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Head Baker, Chef de Partie, or similar senior role in high-volume operations.
  • A valid trade or commercial cookery qualification.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • An ability to work effectively under pressure and lead a team.
  • Previous supervisory experience in bakery operations.
