Key Responsibilities:- Monitor all duty schedules within the bakery operation.
- Create high-quality and innovative bakery products to satisfy customers.
- Follow guidelines and instructions from superiors to complete daily tasks.
- Ensure consistent quality in daily preparations and keep updated with new recipes and techniques.
- Facilitate monthly inventory for the bakery.
- Handle food transfers to other areas with proper documentation.
- Coordinate with other sections for cleanliness, wastage, and cost control.
- Consult on daily bakery requirements, functions, and last-minute events.
- Maintain high hygiene standards within the bakery section.
Education, Qualifications & Experience:You should have completed a professional kitchen apprenticeship or chef training course, along with previous experience in the bakery section and strong culinary skills. Good communication skills in English, as well as a proven track record in pastry preparation, presentation, and preservation, are essential.
