As a Personal Fitness Trainer (EMS Specialist), you will deliver safe, effective, and personalized EMS-based training programs. This role emphasizes client assessment, program design, performance monitoring, client motivation, and adherence to health and safety standards. Your contribution will be vital to client retention, transformation outcomes, and overall service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess clients’ needs and create tailored training programs.
  • Monitor client performance and provide feedback.
  • Motivate and coach clients to achieve their fitness goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all training activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field.
  • Personal Trainer Certification from a recognized organization (*, NASM, ACE, ISSA, REPs) is preferred.
  • Strong hands-on experience in personal training or EMS-based training is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of fitness and training principles, including exercise physiology and functional training methods.

Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and engage clients effectively.
  • Professional attitude with a strong service orientation and a safety mindset.

Language Requirements:
  • English: Required
  • Arabic: Preferred (Optional)

Availability:
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
