- Drive Performance: Identify and bridge gaps in team performance and operational processes.
- Team Cultivation: Lead and nurture a high-performing team through recognition and professional development.
- Project Oversight: Ensure timelines and resources are adhered to while managing construction and vendor coordination.
- Readiness Planning: Prepare all departments for opening day, coordinating trainings and implementing brand standards.
- Financial Oversight: Control pre-opening budgets and negotiate with vendors.
