Role Summary
He is responsible for providing the company with products and services in proportion to the company's budget and develops various strategies to find purchasing opportunities at reasonable prices and appropriate quality. He also communicates with suppliers to reach the best prices. He is primarily responsible for reducing procurement expenses in the company, which helps the company's growth and provides high-quality services and products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the procurement team for corporate and distribution center purchasing.
Manage supplier contracts, negotiate terms, and resolve vendor issues.
Validate and approve supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy in our systems.
Analyze travel spend and provide insights to upper management.
Train facility personnel on procurement processes and tools like SUPY and Jisr.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Reconcile monthly inventory and support the approval process for expense reports.

Requirements

At least 5 years’ experience in the job field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Good knowledge of contract drafting procedures and commercial correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
Saudi nationals are preferred.

نحن نبحث عن مدير مشتريات أول لتطوير ودفع استراتيجيتنا طويلة الأمد للمشتريات وإدارة دورة المشتريات بالكامل. هذه الوظيفة أساسية لضمان تسليم جميع المواد الخام والمواد التعبئة والتغليف والسلع غير المباشرة في الوقت المحدد وبالكامل (OTIF) للحفاظ على استمرارية الأعمال.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

تطوير استراتيجيات وسياسات مشتريات شاملة.
قيادة عمليات تصنيف الموردين وإدارة اختيار الموردين.
تحليل معلومات السوق لتحديد فرص التوريد.
إعداد وثائق المناقصات والعروض.
تنفيذ نمذجة التكاليف وتكتيكات التفاوض للحفاظ على هوامش صحية.
مراقبة أداء الموردين وضمان الامتثال للوائح المحلية.
قيادة فريق المشتريات، وتعزيز ثقافة النمو والتطوير.

المؤهلات:

ماجستير في إدارة الأعمال أو درجة دراسات عليا.
12 عامًا من الخبرة في المشتريات، مع 8 سنوات في قطاع السلع الاستهلاكية و4 سنوات في صناعة المواد الغذائية.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ المعرفة باللغة العربية ميزة.
خبرة في أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات وإجادة في برامج MS Office.
