About the Sales Manager Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Sales Manager to join its team in the Makkah region, covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah. This is a full-time position focused on driving group sales and delivering exceptional hospitality experiences for guests.

Role Purpose

The Sales Manager is responsible for generating and managing group sales, contributing directly to the hotel's room revenue and overall profitability. This role involves fostering strong client relationships and executing strategic sales initiatives to ensure memorable stays for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new business by researching, prospecting, and qualifying leads through proactive outreach and database mining to exceed lead generation goals.
• Build and maintain client relationships, serving as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts, and developing new ones to grow room revenue and overall profitability.
• Develop targeted sales strategies by analyzing hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and meet sales goals.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, which includes preparing proposals, conducting site visits, negotiating terms, and securing contracts tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue.
• Manage booking details by coordinating customer requirements, including room, food and beverage, and meeting space, and ensuring accurate and timely entry of account and reservation information in the hotel’s sales management system.

Sales Approach and Focus

The role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sales, combining diligent lead generation with insightful market analysis. Success in this position depends on the ability to build lasting client relationships and tailor solutions that meet client needs while aligning with the hotel's revenue objectives.

Work Environment
