About the Sales Manager Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Sales Manager to join its team in Al Khobar. This full-time role focuses on generating and managing group sales while contributing to memorable guest experiences within the hospitality sector.

Role Overview

The primary objective of this position is to drive group sales and enhance the overall profitability of the hotel. Beyond sales generation, the Sales Manager is integral to embodying and delivering the core principles of hospitality, ensuring a high standard of service and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert new business by researching, prospecting, and qualifying leads through proactive outreach and database mining to exceed lead generation goals.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, serving as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts, and developing new ones to grow room revenue and overall profitability.
  • Develop targeted sales strategies by analyzing hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and meet sales goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including preparing proposals, conducting site visits, negotiating terms, and securing contracts tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue.
  • Manage booking details, coordinating customer requirements for rooms, food and beverage, and meeting spaces, and ensuring accurate and timely entry of account and reservation information in the hotel’s sales management system.
