Join Red Sea Global Hospitality! Become part of a team leading the change in responsible development and regenerative tourism as the Restaurant General Manager. In this role, you will lead the daily operations of a high-volume, upscale casual dining restaurant within a resort environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues to improve service quality.
Achieve financial targets and optimize menu offerings.
Lead recruitment and training of staff, fostering a positive team environment.
Support marketing initiatives to enhance revenue.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain high hygiene and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management.
5–7 years in F&B operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Experience in upscale dining and strong financial acumen.
