We have a remarkable opportunity in Jubail, a city created from the sand up, currently requiring an adept Project Management Specialist to oversee cost control and project management functions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and record project cost and progress.
• Prepare cost data for Expenditure and Cash Flow reports.
• Set up and maintain tracking reports for Monthly Progress Invoices.
• Develop specific budgets and report monthly contract status.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management to provide updates and insights on project statuses.

Requirements:

• College/University Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimating, reporting systems, and financial data analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
