The Role of Administrative Assistant

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily office operations and providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient workflows within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating schedules and organizing meetings.
• Maintaining and organizing records and files.
• Handling incoming phone calls and emails.
• Greeting and assisting visitors.
• Preparing correspondence and various documents.
• Supporting executive-level staff with administrative tasks.
• Performing data entry and basic report preparation.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations and timely completion of administrative activities.

Work Environment

The role is a full-time, on-site position located in Al Khobar, within the Eastern Province. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with various internal teams to support the daily functions of the office.
