Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to identify unsafe conditions and practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor high-risk activities, such as heavy equipment operation and electrical work.
- Investigate incidents and document unsafe conditions.
- Prepare detailed reports for project management.
- Conduct safety briefings for night shift workers.
- Act as the first point of contact for emergencies during night shifts.
Required Skills:
- Diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in construction projects.
- OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent safety certifications.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards.
- Excellent observation and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
