Job Responsibilities:- Conduct routine safety training sessions and toolbox talks with job site crews.
- Perform job site inspections to identify unsafe practices, documenting findings for management.
- Coordinate supplemental inspections for new equipment and hazards.
- Assist in project safety planning and hazard investigations.
- Ensure corrective actions are completed promptly and verify safety recommendations implementation.
- Investigate illnesses and injuries to prevent recurrence and submit weekly status reports outlining completed projects.
- Maintain safety supplies and enforce company safety rules.
- Encourage reporting of unsafe acts and comply with SHE procedures.
Qualifications:- Minimum 10 years of Oil & Gas maintenance experience with a High School diploma, or 8 years with a diploma.
- Industrial Safety qualification or certified as a Registered Safety Professional/Certified Safety Professional.
- Proficient in First Aid, CPR, and computer skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic management abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and sound judgment under pressure.
