At KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions, we excel in providing comprehensive solutions throughout the asset lifecycle. Our expertise spans licensed process technologies, advisory services, technical domain knowledge, energy transition, design capabilities, and smart operational solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct routine safety training sessions and toolbox talks with job site crews.
Perform job site inspections to identify unsafe practices, documenting findings for management.
Coordinate supplemental inspections for new equipment and hazards.
Assist in project safety planning and hazard investigations.
Ensure corrective actions are completed promptly and verify safety recommendations implementation.
Investigate illnesses and injuries to prevent recurrence and submit weekly status reports outlining completed projects.
Maintain safety supplies and enforce company safety rules.
Encourage reporting of unsafe acts and comply with SHE procedures.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of Oil & Gas maintenance experience with a High School diploma, or 8 years with a diploma.
Industrial Safety qualification or certified as a Registered Safety Professional/Certified Safety Professional.
Proficient in First Aid, CPR, and computer skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic management abilities.
Demonstrated leadership skills and sound judgment under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Health & Safety Implementation: Enforce project HSE policies, conduct daily site inspections, and monitor compliance with safety practices.
Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to client requirements and international safety standards while supporting HSE audits.
Incident Management: Report and analyze incidents, maintain HSE records, and prepare investigation reports.
Environmental Protection: Monitor environmental controls, ensuring proper handling of hazardous materials.
Training & Awareness: Deliver HSE inductions and support training programs to promote safety culture.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- HSE experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, or EPC projects, preferably in construction safety for large-scale projects.
- International safety certification like CSP or CMIOSH is highly desirable.
