Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Manager for a major Program Management assignment in Al Khobar, covering high-profile assets including hotels, residential communities, and mixed-use developments. You will oversee all procurement and supply chain activities, including strategy development, tendering, contract negotiations, vendor management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with program goals and timelines.
Lead the end-to-end procurement process including tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and award of contracts.
Manage supplier and vendor relationships to ensure reliability and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee procurement compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to forecast procurement needs.
Monitor procurement performance and manage disputes.

Candidate Requirements:

At least 15 years of progressive procurement experience, with 5 years in a senior role.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Professional certifications such as CIPS or PMP are desirable.
Proven experience managing procurement for large-scale projects.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description: As a Procurement Service Tower Manager at PwC, you will be pivotal in managing day-to-day operations by collaborating with various teams to ensure streamlined project delivery and continuous improvement. Education & Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in business or supply chain management is required, preferably supplemented with a Master’s Degree and relevant certifications. A minimum of 7 years of professional experience is expected, preferably in the Middle East region.
