Join Nahdi Medical Co. as a Maintenance Supervisor!
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and enhance the maintenance operations in our pharmacies and clinics. You will be responsible for supervising the maintenance team, ensuring high standards of service, and coordinating various maintenance and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day maintenance work in pharmacies and clinics.
  • Establish maintenance schedules and manage resources effectively.
  • Monitor compliance with safety standards and perform regular inspections.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and oversee expenditure.
  • Coordinate and supervise construction and refurbishment projects.
  • Conduct weekly team meetings to optimize performance and procedures.
  • Participate in hiring processes and staff development.

Work Environment:
Indoors: 20%
Outdoors: 80%
Working Days: 6 Days per Week
Days Off: 1 Day Off per Week
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1 hour break)

Requirements:
  • BSc Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 3 Years of Experience in MEP Engineering.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Basic AutoCAD.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • الشكوى التفاعلية / PPM: إدارة أوقات الاستجابة للفنيين والموردين الخارجيين وفقًا لـ SLA/KPI لصيانة أمريكانا. التأكد من إكمال ومراقبة أوامر العمل PPM وفقًا للامتثال.
  • إدارة العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة: الحفاظ على علاقات ممتازة مع العملاء والعمل كنقطة الاتصال المباشرة لفريق العمليات، متاحًا خلال ساعات تشغيل المطعم.
  • إدارة Capex و OPEX: تنفيذ خطط Capex السنوية وإدارة ميزانية OPEX الشهرية والسنوية. التأكد من تقليل الأعمال من الموردين الخارجيين.
  • إدارة الطاقة والاستدامة: المساهمة في المبادرات الخاصة بكفاءة الطاقة والاستدامة.
  • إدارة الفريق: الإشراف على فريق من الفنيين والموردين الخارجيين، وتنظيم التدريب، وتحديد أولويات الأحمال العمل.
  • النمو الشخصي: حضور الدورات لتحسين المهارات والكفاءة.

التعليم:
درجة بكاليوس في الهندسة الكهربائية/الميكانيكية مطلوبة.

الخبرة:
5-7 سنوات في صيانة المطاعم، مع خبرة إشرافية عملية.

المهارات والقدرات:
  • معرفة جيدة بأنظمة إدارة الميدان، وMS Office، والتطبيقات المعتمدة على إنترنت الأشياء.
  • القدرة على التواصل بفعالية باللغة الإنجليزية؛ العربية ميزة إضافية.
  • يجب أن يمتلك رخصة قيادة سارية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
