Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relations with clients, real estate agents, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Understand client requirements and communicate the significance of properties effectively.
- Implement KPIs and metrics to monitor sales team performance.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales progress and market insights.
- Manage key client accounts and complex negotiations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 35 years of experience in the real estate industry or property sales.
- Strong knowledge of the KSA real estate market.
- Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Exceptional service delivery and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English.
