We aim to build a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. As a Safety Officer, your role will be critical in implementing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Health & Safety Implementation: Enforce project HSE policies, conduct daily site inspections, and monitor compliance with safety practices.
  • Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to client requirements and international safety standards while supporting HSE audits.
  • Incident Management: Report and analyze incidents, maintain HSE records, and prepare investigation reports.
  • Environmental Protection: Monitor environmental controls, ensuring proper handling of hazardous materials.
  • Training & Awareness: Deliver HSE inductions and support training programs to promote safety culture.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- HSE experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, or EPC projects, preferably in construction safety for large-scale projects.
- International safety certification like CSP or CMIOSH is highly desirable.

نحن نبحث عن مشرف سلامة م Dedicated للوظيفة بدوام كامل، في موقع العمل في الدمام، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيشرف مشرف السلامة على بروتوكولات السلامة في مكان العمل، ويقوم بتنفيذ برامج تدريب السلامة، وضمان الامتثال للوائح الصحة المهنية. تشمل المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • إجراء تدقيقات السلامة بشكل منتظم.
  • التحقيق في حوادث العمل.
  • تنفيذ تدابير وقائية للمخاطر.

ستتطلب هذه الوظيفة التعاون مع فرق مختلفة لتعزيز بيئة عمل آمنة.

المؤهلات
سيكون لدى المرشح المثالي:
  • خبرة في الصحة والسلامة، بما في ذلك تنفيذ معايير السلامة.
  • القدرة على إجراء جلسات تدريب السلامة.
  • معرفة بمبادئ هندسة السلامة.
  • خبرة في ممارسات الصحة المهنية.
  • إجادة في التحقيق في الحوادث.
  • مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والانتباه للتفاصيل.
  • قدرات ممتازة في التواصل والتقييم.

يفضل الحصول على درجة أو شهادة في الصحة والسلامة المهنية أو مجال ذي صلة، إلى جانب الإلمام بأنظمة السلامة في المملكة العربية السعودية (موافقة SCE).
