Join Advanced Metals Company (AMCO) as a Technician Level 1!
We are seeking a skilled Technician Level 1 who will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs according to manufacturers' standards. This role is crucial for ensuring that our equipment and operations run efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently carry out repairs, calibrations, and troubleshooting on equipment.
Assist and support team members in completing tasks as required.
Diagnose, analyze, and rectify faults using manufacturers' information.
Maintain required levels of utilization, productivity, and efficiency in line with manufacturers' standard times.
Ensure compliance with company and manufacturers' policies and procedures.
Provide technical advice to customers and colleagues.
Comply with Health and Safety regulations and safe working practices.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and complete training courses as needed.

Qualifications:

High school education.
Heavy vehicle technician or equivalent manufacturers qualification.
Over 8 years of experience in repairing and maintaining heavy vehicles or equipment.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

إجراء الصيانة الوقائية على معدات المصنع لتجنب الأعطال غير المتوقعة.
تشخيص وإصلاح الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والهوائية.
تشغيل الآلات بشكل صحيح من خلال الوفاء بمتطلبات الصيانة الوقائية.
ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة من خلال اتباع جميع المعايير واللوائح.
الحفاظ على وثائق دقيقة لأنشطة الصيانة وأداء المعدات.

المؤهلات والخبرة والمهارات:

المؤهل الأدنى: دبلوم في الكهرباء والإلكترونيات مع خبرة عملية في آلات تصنيع الصفائح المعدنية.
5-7 سنوات من الخبرة في قسم الصيانة، ويفضل في صناعة تصنيع الصفائح المعدنية.
فهم قوي للصيانة الصناعية، ويفضل ضمن منطقة الخليج.
مهارات عمل جماعي ممتازة، ومهارات تواصل، وقدرات تحفيز ذاتي.

الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة الخاصة بالشركة وممارسات العمل الآمنة أمر ضروري.
