Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician at Napco National!

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to become a vital part of our team at Napco National in Dammam. As a leader in the manufacturing sector, we are dedicated to driving the growth of the national industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and manage repair requests from the Maintenance Team Leader, executing repair activities as per established work instructions and machine manuals.
• Assist in troubleshooting breakdowns by collaborating with lead technicians when necessary.
• Handle spare parts requisitions and ensure efficient consumption and pre-approval.
• Maintain the workspace cleanliness following repairs.
• Document repair completion tasks, pending issues, and feedback from the Production Team Leader.
• Conduct scheduled and preventive maintenance tasks ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Participate in health and safety activities, report hazards, and wear necessary safety equipment.
• Engage in continuous safety training and familiarization with emergency procedures.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Maintenance Technician.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical components, electrical tools, wiring, and drawings is an advantage.
• Good physical condition and ability to work in high-pressure environments with alternating shifts.
