This position primarily involves teaching students aged 1-16, with a focus on Early Years and Primary education.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging PE lessons that focus on psychomotor development through playful, age-appropriate activities.
- Teach swimming classes while ensuring the safety of students in the pool (lifeguard certification required by August).
- Plan and run extracurricular sports activities aligned with your strengths and interests.
- Adapt lessons for multigrade classes and small groups to create personalized and inclusive learning experiences.
- Collaborate with homeroom teachers to ensure coherence with the IB Primary Years Programme.
Requirements:- Female candidates only (to teach female classes in upper school and mixed groups in lower years).
- Degree in Physical Education or Early Childhood Education with a specialization in physical development.
- Experience working with young children (Early Years focus).
- Lifeguard qualification or a commitment to obtain before August.
- Strong adaptability, creativity, and a willingness to contribute to a growing school community.
Preferred:- Experience in running extracurricular sports programs.
- Additional skills or subjects that support school flexibility.
