About the Position
We are looking for dedicated Mechanical/Electrical Technicians to join our team at Cummins Arabia. This role requires individuals who can provide exemplary service and expertise in the mechanical and electrical domains of our product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers professionally and courteously to ensure their needs are met efficiently.
• Utilize specialized tools and follow documented procedures to diagnose and execute repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on engine components in the field.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior technicians or supervisory staff.
• Document service activities accurately through service worksheets and business systems.
• Identify additional service opportunities while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Comply with Health, Safety & Environmental policies.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of technician experience.
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or a related field.
• Field service experience and an understanding of engine products.
• Driving license is preferred.
• Ability to travel offshore as needed.
