We're looking for a motivated, knowledgeable, and energetic Personal Trainer to help our members achieve their fitness goals and promote overall health and wellness. At Sporti Complex, you will play a crucial role in designing customized fitness programs and creating a positive training environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with new and existing clients.
- Design personalized workout and training programs based on client goals.
- Instruct clients on proper exercise technique, form, and safety.
- Monitor and track client progress; make program adjustments as needed.
- Motivate and support clients during sessions.
- Maintain a clean and safe training environment.
- Promote personal training packages and upsell services when appropriate.
- Stay updated with current fitness trends and certifications.
- Ensure compliance with gym rules, safety protocols, and code of conduct.
