Job Objective:
The Marketing Manager will spearhead our marketing department, crafting innovative strategies to bolster brand awareness and increase our client base. This role involves leading the marketing team and ensuring effective advertising campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Unit Management:
  • Lead and guide the marketing team towards achieving objectives.
  • Develop annual marketing plans aligned with our vision.
  • Coordinate inter-department marketing activities for cohesive messaging.
• Launching Advertising Campaigns:
  • Design and manage advertising campaigns across various channels.
  • Collaborate with designers and agencies for high-quality campaign execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance for optimization.
• Content Design:
  • Oversee creation of promotional materials that align with our identity.
  • Produce visual content that attracts potential clients.
  • Write compelling marketing copy that reflects our values.
• Performance Analysis:
  • Utilize analytical tools to monitor campaign performance.
  • Provide reports on key insights and future strategy recommendations.

Required Qualifications:
