مسؤوليات الدور:
- تحديد ومتابعة فرص العمل الجديدة.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء.
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والمساهمة في نمو المنظمة.
- إجراء أبحاث السوق وتطوير خطط استراتيجية لدفع نجاح العمل.
- إعداد العروض التقديمية، وصياغة الاقتراحات، والتفاوض على العقود.
- التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية والخارجية لضمان رضا العملاء.

المؤهلات:
- 7-15 سنة من خبرة قوية في المبيعات وتطوير الأعمال.
- إجادة البحث في السوق والتخطيط الاستراتيجي.
- مهارات اتصال وعرض ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية؛ المعرفة باللغة العربية ميزة.
- خبرة في المنتجات الصناعية، ولا سيما في قطاعات النفط والغاز، أو البتروكيماويات، أو البحرية مرغوبة.
- القدرة على تفسير بيانات الورق والمواصفات بثقة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق، الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- تعتبر الخبرة السابقة في إدارة محافظ العملاء داخل منطقة المملكة العربية السعودية ميزة.

About the Role:
Join Aris Engineering Consultant as a Business Development Manager, where you will lead business development activities and increase the company’s market share by attracting new projects and building strategic relationships with customers to achieve growth and revenue objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Research new opportunities and projects in the engineering consulting sector.
  • Follow up on tenders and requests for proposals (RFP/RFQ) and analyze them.
