Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of GSE maintenance technicians, ensuring adherence to maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities for motorized GSE vehicles to ensure minimal disruption to airport operations.
• Collaborate with other teams and external vendors to optimize resources and address maintenance needs.
• Oversee troubleshooting efforts for motorized GSE systems and assist technicians in diagnosing issues.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines, industry standards, and organizational policies.
• Develop maintenance schedules and procedures to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
• Generate reports on maintenance performance and resource utilization.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of motorized GSE systems and diagnostic procedures.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Preferred experience in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to aviation ground support equipment.

• Leadership & Personal Skills: Proven leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and high accountability in safety management.
