This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy fieldwork and have a knack for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the company van and visit assigned routes and customers daily.
- Sell company products and achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure proper display and availability of products at customer outlets.
- Take orders, issue invoices, and collect payments as per company policy.
- Deliver products safely and on time to customers.
- Maintain accurate sales, stock, and collection records.
- Monitor stock levels in the van and request replenishment when required.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely feedback to management.
- Ensure proper handling, cleanliness, and maintenance of the company van.
- Follow all traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum high school education.
- Valid UAE driving license (Manual preferred).
- Previous experience as a Van Salesman, preferably in FMCG.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling.
- Physically fit and able to load/unload goods.
- Familiarity with local routes and markets.

- Sales and customer service skills.
- Time management and route planning.
- Basic math and record-keeping.
- Honest, reliable, and self-motivated.
Work Environment:
- Field-based role with long driving hours and outdoor work.
- Requires lifting and handling of goods.
