- Receive instructions from the manager regarding the handover plan of units.
- Inspect units according to the quality checklist and supervise efforts to address identified issues.
- Coordinate with customers for unit inspections, documenting all concerns in a checklist.
- Ensure all customer concerns are addressed by the handover deadline.
Qualifications:
- Secondary education or equivalent in any field.
- Proven experience in the construction or real estate industry.
