🔍 Position: Landscape Architect (Multiple Openings)

Minimum Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Agriculture, or a related field from a recognized institution
✅ Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in horticulture/gardening/plantation
✅ Strong exposure to Irrigation Systems, nursery operations, and pest/weed management
✅ Familiarity with landscape planning, soil analysis, and sustainable planting techniques

Key Responsibilities:
🌱 Direct research and implement best practices for land use, nursery operations, plantation, pest control, and landscaping solutions
🌱 Provide expert guidance on landscape planning, cost-effective project execution, and staff training on latest agro-tech methods
🌱 Oversee integrated pest management (IPM) programs across residential and commercial landscaped areas
🌱 Study soil characteristics and recommend innovative techniques for conservation and fertilization
🌱 Design and review gardening/landscaping work programs and evaluate staff performance
🌱 Conduct field surveys and analysis to improve overall landscaping outcomes
