Join REDA Hazard Control as a Sales Engineer – Security Systems!

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer dedicated to providing advanced security solutions to our clients. As part of our dynamic sales team, you will showcase your technical skills alongside exceptional customer service expertise to drive sales across industrial and enterprise sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose security solutions.
• Work closely with the Design team to engineer comprehensive security systems, including:
  • CCTV & Video Management Systems (VMS)
  • Access Control Systems
  • Intrusion Detection & Perimeter Security
  • Video Analytics & AI-based Security Solutions
  • Integrated Security Platforms (PSIM)
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Provide pre-sales technical support, including preparation of RFP/RFQ responses.
• Liaise with vendors, system integrators, and internal engineering teams to ensure compliance with standards and client specifications.
• Support handover projects to delivery teams and assist during implementation as needed.
• Stay current with emerging security technologies and market trends.
• Mentor junior sales engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Manage project invoicing and receivables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field).
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.
• 5–7+ years of experience in sales engineering or security system design.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems (IP & Analog), VMS platforms, and Access Control systems.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, PoE).
• Experience managing enterprise and large-scale security projects.
• Ability to create technical drawings and system architectures.
• Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
• Customer-centric with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel as required.
