SKM Air Conditioning LLC is excited to announce a vacancy for a dedicated and customer-oriented Sales Representative in our Spare Parts Department based in KSA. This role offers a unique opportunity to build impactful client relationships and contribute to our sales growth by providing tailored HVAC solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
Ensure timely order delivery in coordination with internal teams.
Negotiate sales deals to maximize profitability.
Conduct market research to stay updated on pricing and product trends.
Support finance in credit management through timely payment collection.
Prepare export documentation and coordinate with logistics.
Participate in sales meetings and strategy development.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of HVAC-related experience.
Strong communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer needs.
Customer-focused and a strong team player.

عن الدور
كموظف مبيعات، ستلعب دورًا محوريًا في تحديد ومتابعة وتأمين عقود البناء والصيانة الجديدة ضمن قطاع MEP. وستشمل مسؤولياتك:

تطوير وصيانة العلاقات مع المستشارين والمقاولين والمطورين ومالكي المنشآت.
إجراء زيارات ميدانية، وإعداد مقترحات فنية وتجارية، والتفاوض على العقود.
تمثيل الشركة في الاجتماعات والعطاءات والعروض التقديمية.
التعاون مع الفرق الفنية وفرق العمليات لضمان تلبية متطلبات العملاء.
إعداد توقعات مبيعات منتظمة وتقارير وذكاء سوقي.
تحقيق وتجاوز أهداف المبيعات ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.

المؤهلات
لكي تكون ناجحًا في هذا الدور، يجب أن تملك:

درجة بكاليوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية (مفضل).
خبرة مبيعات مثبتة تزيد عن 5 سنوات في المقاولات MEP، وتركيب الأنظمة، والخدمات في المملكة العربية السعودية.
معرفة فنية قوية في أنظمة الميكانيك والكهرباء ومكافحة الحرائق وإنذار الحريق والسباكة.
القدرة على جذب عملاء جدد وإغلاق عقود كبيرة بشكل مستقل.
مهارات تواصل وتفاوض وعرض ممتازة.
شبكة معروفة داخل صناعة البناء تعتبر ميزة قوية.
