This role offers a unique opportunity to build impactful client relationships and contribute to our sales growth by providing tailored HVAC solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
- Ensure timely order delivery in coordination with internal teams.
- Negotiate sales deals to maximize profitability.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on pricing and product trends.
- Support finance in credit management through timely payment collection.
- Prepare export documentation and coordinate with logistics.
- Participate in sales meetings and strategy development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of HVAC-related experience.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer needs.
