About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager - Destination Strategy to join its marketing team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and engagement across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with Qiddiya’s business objectives.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform marketing planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, events, and digital marketing, to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, recommending improvements.
Support budgeting, planning, and scheduling of marketing activities and initiatives.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to deliver marketing projects.
Assist in developing marketing materials, presentations, and communication plans.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing strategy, planning, or related roles.

Required Skills and Competencies

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and derive insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including digital marketing and analytics software.
