Ninja is a company operating in Riyadh, focused on efficient warehouse and logistics solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated Consolidation Supervisor to join our team and manage critical daily operations within our warehouse facility.

Role Summary

The Consolidation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily consolidation operations within the warehouse. This full-time role involves supervising team leaders and warehouse associates to ensure operational efficiency, maintain high quality and safety standards, and coordinate effectively with various cross-functional teams. The primary objective is to support accurate and on-time outbound shipments.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily consolidation operations to ensure efficient workflow and on-time dispatch.
Lead and support Team Leaders and warehouse staff to achieve operational KPIs and productivity targets.
Monitor order accuracy, consolidation quality, and compliance with standard operating procedures.
Plan workforce allocation based on operational priorities and daily volume.
Coordinate with inbound, inventory, dispatch, and transportation teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies across the consolidation area.
Review and validate operational reports, shipment documentation, and system transactions.
Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize errors and delays.
Support training, performance management, and employee development initiatives.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
Proven experience in supervising teams and managing daily operational workflows.
Strong understanding of warehouse consolidation processes, quality control, and safety standards.
Ability to analyze operational performance and implement process improvements.
Excellent communication and coordination skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic warehouse environment, requiring hands-on supervision and active participation in daily operations.
