About the Role

Bravura is seeking an experienced Engineering Department Manager for its Design & Execution division in Riyadh. This full-time position requires leadership in synchronizing interior design engineering and execution engineering teams to manage design-and-build fit-out projects from concept to handover, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and manage both the design and site execution engineering teams to foster seamless collaboration.
• Oversee the progress of interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to Bravura’s quality standards.
• Supervise the selection, specification, and procurement methodology for all finishing materials.
• Manage subcontractor relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and performance evaluation on-site.
• Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to guarantee the flawless execution of designs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design and fit-out execution projects.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of finishing materials, market rates, and execution techniques.
• Strong background in subcontractor procurement and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
