About the Role

Janikin Energy is supporting a prominent engineering and construction organization that is instrumental in Saudi Arabia's transformation. We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on major infrastructure developments.

Contribution to Landmark Developments

This role offers the opportunity to influence significant landmark developments across Saudi Arabia. The Engineering Manager will work alongside leading professionals in the industry, contributing directly to projects that play a vital role in the Kingdom's ongoing growth and infrastructure enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee engineering design coordination, technical reviews, and shop drawing approvals.
Manage consultant, contractor, and client interfaces effectively.
Drive engineering quality, programme delivery, and technical compliance standards.
Support project planning, risk management, and engineering governance frameworks.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 15 years of engineering experience.
Previous experience in a leadership capacity such as an Engineering Manager, Design Manager, or Technical Manager.
Demonstrated strong multidisciplinary engineering leadership capabilities.
Extensive experience in delivering large-scale infrastructure or major construction programmes.
Prior experience within the GCC region, with a strong preference for experience in Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is considered advantageous.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time role situated in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position involves working within a dynamic environment focused on delivering critical infrastructure projects that support the Kingdom's strategic objectives.
