Al-Enjaz Company is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining efficient and compliant HR operations within the company, ensuring smooth execution of all related processes.

Role Objective

The primary objective of the Human Resources Specialist is to manage all operational human resources processes with high accuracy. This includes ensuring full compliance with government regulations, particularly through the Qouwa platform, and enhancing internal operational efficiency by leveraging the Odoo system.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all day-to-day HR operational processes with precision.
• Ensure strict adherence to all relevant government regulations and labor laws.
• Utilize the Qouwa platform for HR-related compliance and reporting, staying updated with its latest features.
• Implement and optimize HR processes using the Odoo system to improve internal efficiency.
• Handle HR data and numerical information with accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Immediate availability to start.
• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of practical experience in human resources operations.
• Demonstrated full familiarity with the Qouwa platform and its recent updates.
• Proven experience in using the Odoo system for HR management.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
• High organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent numerical and data handling skills, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
