About the Role

Fisher Investments Arabia is seeking a dedicated Institutional Client Service Relationship Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to ensuring exceptional service delivery to institutional clients. The position involves frequent engagement through in-person meetings and phone calls, providing capital markets updates, identifying service opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams, including the Institutional Group, the Investment Policy Committee, and the research team, to address client needs. Reporting to the GVP of Client Service, the successful candidate will develop a comprehensive understanding of Fisher Investments' investment philosophy and its application across various strategies within their first year.

The role operates in a dynamic environment where the manager acts as a key point of contact for institutional investors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring investment goals are met. This position is crucial for maintaining client satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities within the institutional segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio reviews for clients and their associated partners.
• Educate clients on Fisher Investments' core investment philosophy, strategic portfolio approaches, and market outlook.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of assigned clients and their specific investment objectives.
• Collaborate with the Institutional ESG team to facilitate client engagement and lead ESG-focused projects.
• Proactively anticipate and fulfill client requests, identifying potential opportunities and risks for each client.
• Identify cross-selling and additional investment opportunities to support Sales Relationship Managers.
• Develop customized action plans for each client to strengthen relationships and mitigate risks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing relationships with institutional clients within the wealth or asset management industry.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.
• A commitment to maintaining high-quality work while adhering to self-imposed timelines.
• The ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of audiences via phone, email, and in-person interactions, with a strong appreciation for collaboration.
• A genuine desire to continuously enhance and maintain deep knowledge of financial markets, ESG principles, Fisher Investments' investment philosophy, and institutional investment strategies.
• Willingness and enjoyment of travel.
