About the Marketing Specialist Role

Vitality is seeking a Marketing Specialist to manage daily marketing operations focused on promoting its home health care services. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring collaboration with internal teams and engagement with local stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, coordinating with clinical and operations teams to effectively highlight available services, and creating content for both digital and offline marketing materials. This role involves monitoring market trends, analyzing campaign performance, and managing the company's social media presence.

Community Engagement and Brand Awareness

A key aspect of this position includes supporting community outreach initiatives and fostering partnerships. These efforts are designed to increase brand awareness for Vitality's home health care services and enhance patient engagement within the local community.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning, with a preference for experience in the healthcare or wellness sectors.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and channels, including social media management, online advertising, and basic analytics.
• Strong content creation abilities for marketing materials, encompassing copywriting, basic design coordination, and messaging tailored to home health care audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with medical staff, partners, and clients.
• Ability to conduct market research, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial for client and community communication.
• Understanding of home health care services and patient-centered care is considered a strong advantage.
